The apartament can be booked through an  e-mail; in 24 hours we write back to you with an answer if the flat is free for the period required. Within 48 hours of the reply, containing all required information, 30% of all the price must be send as a banking transfer or by postal order or credit card.

When we receive a copy of the deposit payment, we send you back a confirmation e-mail so that the apartament is considered booked.
The guest should get in touch with us least 5 days before the arrival.

When the guest receiving the keys of the flat, the guest has to pay in cash the balance of the price and he has to leave 300 Euro like a security deposit against damages. If at the check-out time everything in the apartamnet is in order, the total amount of the security deposit will be full refunded.

A copy of each guest’s documents is also necessary to be left.
